Refund policy
We want every author to feel confident investing in our promotional packages. Please review our refund terms below before purchasing.
Cancellation window
You may request a cancellation within 30 days of purchase, provided your promotional feature has not yet started. Once your feature campaign has begun (posts have gone live), the package is considered in progress and is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Eligibility for refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Your campaign was not started
- A service failure on our part prevented delivery of the promised package (for example, posts were not published as scheduled).
Refunds are not available for:
- Campaigns that have already been delivered in full.
- Dissatisfaction with results such as sales or reader engagement, since promotion increases visibility but cannot guarantee specific sales outcomes.
- Change of mind after a campaign has started.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Contact us at authormomentumco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds
If your refund is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
